"If you love work and love travel and want one of the best experiences of your life, go for it! The USA is an amazing and diverse country to work in and not many get that opportunity. USIT has been an amazing help and support throughout the whole process and I would not hesitate to use them again if another opportunity arose."

"I always wanted to travel to the US. It's obviously not the easiest place to get legal status in for any long period of time - so this programme was a great opportunity I had to seize. If you are considering doing the programme, apply for positions before you get here and don't be put off by any rejections - you'll definitely find something that's right for you!"

"My professional experiences in Boston, in creative marketing, arts and museum industries no doubt benefited my CV greatly as I returned to Europe. I am also adamant that my personal growth, in living in a new place, travelling by myself and becoming more independent made me more confident in myself and aware of my strengths and abilities."

"I’m a filmmaker and cameraman, and after finishing a Masters in screenwriting I decided to take a big gamble and move to New York for a year – to upskill, make new contacts, and just plainly to live in somewhere as gigantic and fascinating as this city is."
