For part-time & full time students

You must get page 6 of the application form completed by your college and submit the completed form with supporting documentations (see checklist) to USIT.

For recent graduates

You must complete the form (including the bottom section of page 6) and submit the completed form with supporting documentation (see checklist) to Usit.  If you have finished your exams but have not received your certificate from your college yet, either have your college fill out page 6, or submit a letter from your college confirming your anticipated graduation date.

There are three different ways that you can apply for the 12 Month Work USA Programme

1. You can drop into any USIT Branch with your completed application form and additional documents and one of our agents will be able to book you on the programme.
2. You can apply over the phone through our Call-Centre by ringing 01 6021600. One of our agents will book your programme, and you will then have to post your completed application form and additional documents to the address below.
3. You can send your completed application form and additional documents to us by post. We will then have one of our agents call you to book you on the programme.

Please note that for all of the above methods for applying, you are expected to pay your full 12 Month Work USA Visa Fees and SEVIS Fee at the time of booking.

NB! We advise you to reserve and pay for your flights with USIT at this time. Please note, USIT cannot guarantee that your visa will be issued, so would advise that you book flexible tickets that can easily be changed. Please do not book a flight departing any earlier than 6 weeks from the date you are applying or a flight that cannot be changed to a later departure date should your application take longer to process.

* Due to US Immigration regulations, you cannot enter the US prior to your 12 month Work USA Visa start date. Your flight date and DS-2019 Start Date must be the same. You may stay in the USA for up to 12 months only. Please note, this visa can not be extended!
